Horse Show Fees

  • Show Clip: $25.00
  • Body Clip: $250.00
  • Medication: dependent upon dosage
  • Administering of Medication (IV, IM shots) $10.00 per shot
  • $50 entry service fee. If you are unable to enter your horse electronically or in person, this fee will be applied.
  • 50% deposit of show fees is due prior to the horse’s departure.  Schooling shows require payment in full prior to horse’s departure.

Day Care: $85.00 per day (mandatory)

  • Grooming Supplies, buckets, snaps, chains, water hose, wheel barrel, pitch fork, rake, etc.
  • Loading/unloading of horses, supplies, set up and tear down of grooming stalls and horse stalls.
  • blanketing/unblanketing
  • ordering of shavings/hay/grain/stall mats
  • night Check
  • preparing of grain and medication
  • grooming
  • tacking/untacking
  • preparation for show
  • tack cleaning
  • holding of horse at arena
  • Bathing
  • Bandaging
  • Corking
  • holding for farrier/vet
  • hand walking/grazing

Coaching Fees: $55.00 per day

  • Coaching on warm up day
  • Coaching of rider in warm up and show ring
  • Walking the course with rider

Riding Fees: $60.00 per class or schooling session

  • Riding on warm up day
  • Riding in arena before start of show.
  • Riding in warm up arena
  • Riding in class
  • Riding on off days

Lunging Fees: $25.00 per lunge

  • Lunging horse as preparation for show.

Hauling Fees: dependent upon distance

  • Fuel, Driver, License, permits
  • Wear and tear on truck/trailer
  • Shipping of tack trunks: Large $100.00 (there is no charge for shipping of standard size DGF tack trunks)

* Hauling fee must be paid in full prior to horse’s departure.

Trainer Expenses to be split between total number of horses

  • Hotel, RV space, plane fares, meals, gas, rental car, toll fees
  • Shavings, Feed
  • Tack Rooms, Grooming Stalls
  • Supplies (alcohol, show sheen, shampoo, brushes, fans, rakes, brooms, buckets, snaps, zip ties, etc)
  • Laundry
  • Landscaping

Miscellaneous Fees
